RETURN POLICY

We want you to fall in love with your Ocean The Label pieces, so if you're not 100% happy with your purchase you can return it to us and we will provide you with a store credit to use towards a future order.

The below steps will help guide you through the process of returning your order.

Step 1. Kindly contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. 

Step 2. Send the items back to Ocean The Label's provided address using a trackable shipping service of your choice.

 

*Tracking is a must as Ocean The Label is not responsible for any lost return packages.

Step 3. Please send your order back in its original condition and in its box.

Step 4. Please email us the tracking number so we can keep an eye on your return.

Step 5. A store credit will be issued to you within 14 days of us receiving your return.

 

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?

All items except earrings, sale, promotional item and personalised pieces can be returned for a store credit that can be used anytime online or exchanged.

We do not provide refunds for change of mind, only for manufacturing faults, please get in touch with our Customer Care team if you believe you've received a faulty item.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be unworn and in original packaging with all tags attached; items will not be credited if damaged upon return.

 

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are a final sale. They cannot be returned to us for a credit note, refund or exchange.
